Limited bathroom amenities, such as the lack of conditioner and overall cleanliness issues, leave something to be desired.

An air conditioning and a storage space in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed.

Had a such wonderful stay, the hotel is pretty.

Clean hotel, and the staff were very very nice, location was unbeatable important to people who do n't know the area. The room was reasonably spacious with nice bathroom, it was a good value.

I almost wanted to give this place a good review but everyone should know the hot water was often lukewarm, and there were no hooks in the bathroom. Plus, i expect a welcome gift or room upgrade when i book my stay. Such a disappointment.

Ideally placed, a few minutes walk from the attractions of the city centre. There is secure parking available at the hotel in an underground car park for a reasonable price. Extremely helpful and friendly staff.

Rooms were very small. We opted for a the medium sized room based on reviews on Booked.net and glad we did as that was very cosy. Reasonable place though.

Wi-Fi was excellent, but I missed having a safe in the room.

The breakfast was sensational and great for a good value with freshly made food. This accommodation had a very central setting near darling old town center. Moreover, it's close enough to the old district of Annecy and Good mall.

The rooms are very small, 2 people could hardly walk in it, so not suggested to those who like spaceous hotel rooms. The double bed was actually single, so very small as well. It was stale odor in room, so windows had to stayed open all the time. The bathroom had no air ventillation, it was smelling there as well. One of receptionist guy was very unfriendly.

Make sure to enjoy the charming lounge area. It's perfect.

It was very convenient for the city centre, and they were very helpful and let us leave the car in the garage even though we had checked out in the morning and were leaving later to go to the airport.

The best thing was the location of the hotel. Very close to the main gare, and to all main attractions of this beautiful city. The installations were good and the staff is helpful and friendly.
